The living area is spacious, and offers ample seating, with outstanding views of the Gulf of Mexico. The living area opens to the deck, which offers soft sounds of the surf, warm gulf breezes, and views that will astound. When it's time to rest, the master is equipped with a comfortable queen size bed, with extra sleep space in the living room on the queen pullout sofa. Mistral is located just minutes from all of the 30A bravado. Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach, and Rosemary Beach are to the east, Seaside and Grayton Beach are to the west, and all of these areas are abound with shopping, dining, live music and attractions. The building is equipped with a 25 spot parking lot, and community grills and bike parking.
