Don't see many of these units for sale. This unit has a loft with and a nice balcony overlooking the pool, off the Bedroom. Also there is a nice glimpse of the gulf from the living area at the front of the unit. The loft area is currently set up with 2 beds. There is a sleeper sofa and the Bedroom is set up with queen size bed. Lots of added Storage, 2 flat screen tv's.
